Thirty-two Languages on One Stamp |

The greatest number of languages on any stamp was recorded in January, 1966, when Denmark issued two Red Cross charity stamps inscribed in Latin per humanitatem ad pacem (through humanity towards peace) and the name of the organisation in thirty-two languages: Danish, French, Icelandic, Dutch, Hindi, Malay, Russian, Magyar, Amharic, Greek, Armenian, Ukrainian, Japanese, Romanian, Thai, Czech, Albanian, Farsi, Polish, Finnish, Arabic, Serbo-Croat, Turkish, Chinese, Spanish, Portugese, Gaelic, Punjabi, German, English, Italian and Swedish.
