The Philippines Compulsory Tax Stamps |

Between 1958 and 1965, the Philippines issued compulsory tax stamps with premiums in aid of the anti-tuberculosis campaign. The stamps showed various hospitals and sanatoria. All of these stamps were printed in monochrome photogravure, with the Cross of Lorraine emblem in red.
