To commemorate the anniversary of Sept 11, President Bush unveiled a 'Heroes of 2001'semi-postal stamp. The proceeds of this stamp will assist emergency workers and their families. It features the three workers raising the American flag at Ground Zero. The first semi-postal stamp ever released was to aid Breast Cancer Research and has raised $24million to date.
