Cambodia's First Stamps PDF Print E-mail
Like Laos, Cambodia began issuing its own stamps in 1951. The three designs featured an Apsara, a portrait of King Norodom Sihanouk and the throne room at Pnomh-Penh. The monogram UF incorporated in the frame signifies the French Union to which Cambodia belonged until September 1955.
