British Stamps in Two Languages PDF Print E-mail
The first British stamps in two languages were the Menai Bridge stamp (1968), the Welsh stucco cottage stamp (1970), the University College of Wales stamp (1971) and the Eisteddford pair (1976): all in English and Welsh. The first stamp inscribed in Scottish Gaelic and English was the Highland Games eleven penny stamp of 1976.
